Data science services provider ReelMetrics BV Monday announced it has entered into a formal subscription/professional services agreement with Delaware North. The agreement covers Delaware North’s operations in West Virginia, Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Nitro, and Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, and expands coverage to include the operator’s wholly-owned North American Class III casinos, including the new Southland Casino Hotel in Arkansas.

“We’re thrilled to enter this agreement with Delaware North,” said ReelMetrics CEO Nick Hogan in a statement. “As a highly sophisticated retailer in multiple industries, Delaware North’s analytical acumen is sharp, and its experience with industrial data services immense. Accordingly, we’re profoundly honored by the company’s decision to deepen its commitment to ReelMetrics throughout its gaming operations.”

“To date, the operational insights and efficiencies we’ve extracted from ReelMetrics have proven nothing short of transformational”, said Delaware North Vice President of Gaming Operations Michael Carruthers. “Whether it’s the daily, tactical management of our active inventories or formulating longer-term segment marketing strategies, ReelMetrics has become an integral component of our gaming operations. It’s with great enthusiasm that we extend these capabilities to the balance of our North American, Class III portfolio.”
