The new year is almost here, and now is the time to prepare managers at every level to become leaders. To help, Red Wagon Institute has opened its Fall/Winter schedule of leadership training courses.
“The new year is the perfect jumping off point for managers at all levels to unleash their inner superheroes and step into greatness as leaders,” Red Wagon Institute master trainer Paul Speirs-Hernandez says. “The worst thing companies can do is repeat what they did last year and expect different results. Now is the time to develop leaders throughout your business and lay the groundwork for 2020.”
Red Wagon Institute’s adult leadership training courses are designed to bring out the leader in all team members. The training is recommended for commercial and tribal casinos, tribal governments, casino management companies, and regulatory bodies, among others.
Red Wagon Institute’s core curriculum consists of three classes: “From Managing to Leading,” “Curing Cantcer,” and “Moonshot.” Each is experiential and interactive and designed for the way adults learn in today’s business environment.
“From Managing to Leading” is taught in two half-day sessions. Attendees learn the EPIC team model, the fundamentals of outstanding leadership, Red Wagon Institute’s 3/6/1/5 method of short- and long-term goal-setting, and leave barriers behind in a powerful graduation ceremony.
In the two-day “Curing Cantcer,” attendees build on their leadership skills and learn to defeat the disease of “can’t.” Students learn to retrain their brains to focus on possibilities to bring the very best to themselves, their teams, and their business.
Red Wagon Institute’s pinnacle course, “Moonshot,” dares attendees to dream bigger than they thought possible and to accomplish their own moonshots. In two full-day sessions, attendees focus on thinking bigger, on teamwork, and setting big goals.
“This is the perfect time to give your staff the skills they need to truly excel in 2020 and beyond,” Speirs-Hernandez said.
