The Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association conference announced on Wednesday it will feature the Red Wagon Institute course, “From Managing to Leading.”

OIGA will offer the course in a public-style format — professionals from any organization can attend.

The course is structured around four high-impact sections:

  • Building trust that drives team performance
  • Clarifying roles and responsibilities
  • Making better, faster decisions
  • Setting meaningful goals with its 3/6/1/5 method

According to its website, the Red Wagon Institute “delivers dynamic, experiential leadership training that drives engagement, boosts productivity, and ignites a culture of innovation.”

Only 24 seats are available. As an exclusive offer for OIGA members, it will be available for $250 per person (regularly $800).
