Strengthened by several key acquisitions last year, AGS is now positioned to be a leader in online, real-money and social gaming with their AGS Interactive group. At ICE London, the company will present live demonstrations of their new game aggregation platform and game titles, including many from their own proven land-performers like “Golden Wins” and “Fu Nan Fu Nu.” They’ll also be displaying their “Connexsys Social White Label Casino,” which is a turnkey, free-play B2C mobile app for land-based casinos.

“We’re excited about bringing our obsession for the game to ICE and welcoming online and land-based gaming operators into our stand to experience our player-proven games and our platform technologies for real-money and social gaming,” said AGS President and CEO David Lopez said. “Our AGS Interactive team, along with myself and other key executives, will be on hand at ICE to showcase our fast-growing library of high-performing online game content, including our first AGS titles which will soon be available through our ‘Axsys Games Marketplace.’”

AGS acquired iGaming aggregator “Gameiom Technologies” and their RGS (remote gaming server) and game aggregation platform last June in a $5 million transaction, The UK and Gibraltar-based company gave them a flexible, scalable, and open platform to distribute content into a variety of platforms for games and sports-betting options.

“This acquisition significantly expands the channels for our industry-leading game content to Gameiom’s key partners, which include BetVictor, Ladbrokes, Coral, and William Hill, to name a few,” AGS Executive Vice President Matt Reback said at the time,

Lopez added, “AGS felt it was important to pursue a pure content aggregation and distribution platform as opposed to a direct-to-consumer iGaming operation.”

Gameiom also distributed content from more than 15 game suppliers including Ainsworth, Gaming Realms, Reflex Grand, and 1X2 Network, giving them access to more than 100 live games and a library of more than 1,000 additional games.

In August, AGS signed agreements with both GVC Holdings PLC and PokerStars.

GVC is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups. Through the Gameiom acquisition, AGS will provide GVC with seamless aggregation and access to AGS library of game content. GVC owns several key brands such as Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin, partypoker, Sportingbet, PartyCasino and Foxy Bingo.

With the PokerStars deal, AGS will provide their “Social White Label Casino” to PokerStars Play, the social gaming brand of The Stars Group. They have millions of registered players and this will be their first social casino focused on slot content.

AGS Senior VP Bryan Bennett

In December, AGS signed a partnership agreement with The Rank Group for third-party slot content aggregation for real-money wagering.  The Rank Group brands included Mecca and Grosvenor Casino.

“We’re thrilled to partner with The Rank Group and Mecca Bingo to deliver world-class game content through our Remote Game Server and aggregation platform,” said AGS Interactive Senior Vice President Bryan Bennett. “Not only will we offer The Rank Group a large library of content suppliers who are world-recognized for delivering outstanding player experience, but we will soon be including player-proven AGS game content, developed by our own passionate and creative studios.”

Visitors to AGS’s stand will get a chance to experience dozens of game titles from AGS, as well as the company’s partner network of third-party game supplies: 1X2 Network, 2 By 2 Gaming, Ainsworth, Asylum Labs, Bulletproof Games, Gaming Realms, High 5 Games, MetaGU, Reflex Gaming, Revolver Gaming, Skillzz Gaming, Storm Gaming Technology, No Limit City and Oryx Gaming.
