Veteran gaming and hospitality executive Ben Koff Wednesday was introduced as the new chief operating officer and general manager of Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania.
Koff’s resume includes stints with Caesars Entertainment, Golden Nugget, Carnival Corporation, and SBE Entertainment Group in marketing, finance, and operations roles. He was most recently vice president marketing, customer service & sportsbook at the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville, Mississippi.
“Ben’s wealth of expertise in the gaming and hospitality industries, coupled with his passion for exceptional service, make him an invaluable asset to lead our executive team,” said Mount Airy Owner and Managing Trustee Lisa DeNaples in a statement. “We are pleased to welcome Ben to the Mount Airy Team and look forward to all he will accomplish as chief operating officer and general manager.”
At Mount Airy, Koff will be responsible for all facets of the casino and resort operations, including gaming, guest services, human resources, financial performance, and sales and marketing.
Koff’s appointment is subject to approval by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
