At its public monthly meeting on Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved four consent agreements presented by the Office of Enforcement Counsel, resulting in fines totaling $180,000.

Among them were two fines totaling $80,000 against Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, including $40,000 for three instances of permitting underage people to access the gaming floor and play slot machines or table games. Greenwood, which owns and operates Parx Casino in Philadelphia, also was fined $40,000 for permitting the employment of five unlicensed people who had access to igaming account holders’ personal identifying information through its BetParx platform.

Wind Creek Bethlehem in the northeastern part of the state received a $50,000 fine for failure to follow Know Your Customer guidelines that resulted in fraudulent withdrawals from igaming accounts of more than $92,000.

Fantasy contest operator YFS, a subsidiary of Yahoo Fantasy Sports, was fined $50,000 for failure to notify and gain proper approval of the board for a change of control of its license.

The Board also placed eight people on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists, which bans them from gaming in a casino in Pennsylvania, via an online betting site, or at a video gaming terminal location.
