Passport Technology introduces Diallo Gordon as chief marketing and product officer

Las Vegas-based payment technology provider Passport Technology Tuesday introduced Diallo Gordon as chief marketing and product officer.

Most recently the CEO of Phi Gaming, Gordon has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international product and tech leadership. He will report to Passport CEO Cleve Tzung.

“Diallo is a highly talented technologist with a proven track record of driving growth through innovation with breadth and depth of industry knowledge across both payments and loyalty,” said Tzung in a statement. “Diallo has proven himself to be a tremendous leader and industry visionary, and is an invaluable asset to the Passport team.”

Gordon founded Phi after working in leadership roles for EVERI and Aristocrat Technologies. He started his gaming career as a lab engineer for the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Gordon also worked for the U.S. Department of Defense as a member of the advanced weapons research, test and evaluation team developing the F/A-22 Raptor, and also worked for the Federal Aviation Administration in communications and flight safety.

Gordon is a United States Air Force veteran, having served as an Airborne Instrumentation and Telemetry Antenna PMEE on the EC-18 and EC-135 Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft. He clocked numerous flight hours and mission deployments as an aircrew member supporting weapons, communications and space research serving NASA, various U.S. government agencies, NATO, and private industry.
