OPTX, a provider of AI driven solutions for the casino industry, this week signed an extensive, multi-year agreement with Bally’s Corporation. OPTX will provide a system integration spanning all of Bally’s U.S. properties that will enhance guest experiences through a dedication to leveraging artificial intelligence in decision-making processes.
The chance to collaborate with an industry titan such as Bally’s is truly humbling,” said OPTX Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara in a statement. “Serving as the Enterprise AI partner for Bally’s is not only an honor but also a significant responsibility.”
“Introducing an operational forward tool to the enterprise holds immense significance as it empowers the organization to fully harness the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) through OPTX’s award-winning operational functionality,” Fiumara added. “By adopting such a tool, the enterprise gains a strategic advantage in leveraging AI technologies and operational efficiencies across various aspects and all levels of its operations.”
Through the partnership, Bally’s will be able to leverage advantages from OPTX’s suite of products, including slots and table games analytics and recommendations, slot dispatch, and player development integration.
“OPTX does a remarkable job at incorporating artificial intelligence into the day-to-day lives of operators,” said Bally’s VP of Gaming Operations Dan Cherry. “They’ve been able to leverage a powerful AI engine in a way that creates simple, meaningful and easy to execute actionable tasks to improve operations. Their platform will allow us to create a better customer experience and reinvest in our gaming product aggressively.”
“OPTX growth over the past five years instills confidence in our commitment to innovation, making us the most advanced tool in the industry,” said OPTX CTO Rukku Rupanagudi. “We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with Bally’s where OPTX’s technical capabilities will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of casino operations.”
