Court Cardinal, president and general manager of Casino Fandango, has been named regional president and will lead both Casino Fandango and Legends Bay Casino. In this role, Cardinal will oversee all property operations and day-to-day management. A Reno native, Cardinal began his career in the gaming industry after graduating from the University of Nevada-Reno. In his 30-year career, he has opened two casinos from the ground up, as well as contributed to casino remodels and expansions. Cardinal has been an integral part of the northern Nevada gaming landscape and has served on the board of IGOC (Independent Gaming Operators Coalition).

“We are fortunate to have an executive leadership team of this caliber to lead Olympia Gaming,” said Garry Goett, Chairman and CEO of Olympia Companies. “Building on the success of Casino Fandango, our team is excited to bring this new destination to the City of Sparks. The property will offer exciting gaming, dining and entertainment options unlike anything in northern Nevada.”
