Revel Oak, a 12,000-square-foot outdoor gaming patio, opened on March 31.

“We have committed ourselves to delivering an exceptional space that is not only unique but unrivaled in the area,” said JACK general manager Angela Matthews in a statement. “Our devotion to this expansion is not just representative of our investment in our guests but in the community in which JACK Thistledown Racino calls home.”

Gamblers can access over 250 video lottery terminals throughout the two-story space, and enjoy beverages at a 10-seat bar on the top floor of the patio. Intelligently designed louvers, open spaces, and a commercial-grade exhaust system will allow patrons to enjoy available amenities in comfort.

To mitigate the cool northeastern Ohio temperatures through spring – April’s average high in Cleveland is 57 degrees, the average low, 42 degrees — heaters and climate-controlling features are built into the gaming space for comfort.

Revel Oak also features a double-radius staircase surrounded by a Sapele slat wood wall, a custom terrazzo floor featuring an outline of the state marked with a heart, and a custom handblown chandelier by Cleveland Art.

Revel Oak is located on the front side of JACK Thistledown Racino in North Randall and is accessible from the racino floor.  It’s open 24 hours a day.
