New York full-scale casino casinos see revenue rise 8.7% year-over-year in January

New York’s full-scale casinos generated $58.7 million in revenue in January, up 8.7% year-over-year.

The latest report from the New York State Gaming Commission shows that, statewide, slots generated $42.8 million, up 14.6%, while table games revenue declined 1.6% to $14.6 million.

Del Lago Resort and Casino saw the most significant revenue rise in January, up 15.2% year-over-year to $12.7 million. It was the only casino to see table games revenue rise in January, increasing 34.7% to $2.4 million, with slots revenue rising 13.2% to $10 million.

Other casinos reporting revenue increases included Resorts World Catskills, up 13.8% to $17.9 million, and Rivers Casino, up 4.5% to $19 million.

Tioga Downs Casino saw revenue rise 0.4% to $9.1 million. While slots at the casino rose 5.8% to $8.1 million, table games revenue fell 15% to $944,476.
