After its previous opening date of January 29 was delayed, the Revo Casino and Social House in Conway, New Hampshire, now plans to open at noon on February 4.
“There was a delay with some equipment arriving, allowing us to continue working on the facility to make it exceptional for our grand opening,” spokeswoman Tiffany Eddy said. “The delay came down to some kitchen equipment arriving later than expected, which held up final inspections. But the good news is, we’re putting the finishing touches on the space and it looks amazing.”
The casino had been converted from a former grocery store, with co-owner Dick Anagnost and his team turning it into a 153-seat restaurant with electronic slot machines and table games, such as Ultimate Fire Link, Devil’s Lock and an array of live table games, including blackjack, roulette and poker.
North Conway Community Center and Valley Promotions will be the first charity organizations to benefit from the opening. New Hampshire gaming law requires casinos to donate up to 35 percent of game revenue to charities and nonprofits.
