Affinity Interactive Wednesday announced it has entered a definitive agreement to sell Rail City Casino to affiliates of Truckee Gaming.
Rail City Casino, located in Sparks, Nevada, features 24,000 square feet of gaming space, more than 400 slot machines, a keno lounge, and various dining options.
“As part of the Affinity Interactive family, we expanded our offerings and capabilities, allowing us to continuously enhance the Rail City experience for our valued customers and gaming enthusiasts,” said Affinity Interactive CEO Andrei Scrivens in a statement.
After the sale, Affinity Interactive will own seven regional casinos in Nevada, Missouri, and Iowa, the Daily Racing Form, and DRF Bets.
The sale is expected to close before the end of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed, but a statement said that Affinity plans to invest proceeds from the sale in “other opportunities that align with its core business and growth strategy.”
