Nebraska’s five commercial casinos generated $26.1 million in revenue for December, up 46.3% year-over-year, fueled by casinos that expanded over opened in the past year.
According to the latest report from the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission, slots generated $21.7 million in revenue statewide, up 37.6%. Table games were up 55% year-over-year to $2.6 million, and electronic table games rose 27.2% to $687,753. Retail sports betting generated $1.1 million.
WarHorse Casino Omaha recorded the highest revenue of the month with $9.2 million, up 47.7%. Slots at the casino were up 40% to $7.6 million, and table games generated $982,651, up 30.6% year-over-year. The casino expanded its offerings in April.
WarHorse Casino Lincoln reported the second-highest revenue for the month – $8.2 million – up 28.2%. Table games were up 166.3% after the casino previously expanded its offerings in November 2024, while slots increased 14.2% year-over-year.
Grand Island Casino, which opened its permanent facility in April, had the biggest revenue increase, up 74.7% year-over-year to $5.5 million. Slots were up 72.7% to $4.7 million, and table games were up 34.7% to $500,740.
Harrah’s Columbus saw the lowest revenue increase last month, up 5.7% year-over-year to $2.1 million. Table games at the casino declined 20.5% to $137,460, and slots were up 4.9% to $1.8 million.
Lake Mac Casino, which opened in August, generated just less than $1 million in revenue.
