Mohegan on Wednesday announced two key leadership appointments to its executive team.
Joe Lobe has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, where he will oversee the company’s global legal compliance and risk management functions, and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Kelly Sullivan has been named Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, where she will lead Mohegan’s enterprise-wide people strategy and culture initiatives.
“Joe and Kelly are both highly respected leaders whose long tenure at Mohegan and deep institutional knowledge have been instrumental to our success,” Mohegan Chief Operating Officer Joe Hasson said in a statement. “Their leadership, expertise, and commitment to our organization strengthen our executive team as we continue to grow, evolve, and build on our position as a global leader in gaming entertainment and hospitality.”
Lobe, who joined Mohegan in 2008, most recently served as acting Chief Legal Officer. He has held leadership roles spanning mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational governance and brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, negotiations involving complex commercial transactions, and enterprise risk management.
Sullivan, a longtime Mohegan leader serving recently as Vice President of People Operations, will oversee global human capital strategy, including talent, organizational design, and team member development. She has more than 15 years of experience across the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment sectors, including leadership on major international development projects.
