Red Lake Gaming Enterprises Inc., the owner of three Minnesota Seven Clans Casino locations, is partnering with Signature Systems Inc. to bring SSI’s PDQ Point-of-Sale system and other technology innovations to its casino floors.

SSI will install POS kiosks and 3-in-1 kiosk-POS hybrids throughout food and beverage operations at Seven Clans Red Lake, Seven Clans Warroad and Seven Clans Thief River Falls. The point-of-sale systems will be merged into existing hotel systems for total coverage with food and beverage reporting. Training employees to use the systems and installing the technology is expected to take less than a week at each location.

“This upgrade is part of our commitment to offering the best experience to our guests at all three Seven Clans locations,” Seven Clans Casinos CEO Angela Dauphinais said. “PDQ POS gives us hospitality capabilities that we’ve never had before, but just as important to us, they value the importance of providing full support of their products. We know we can count on them to ensure our profit centers are running as efficiently as they can be.”

“The tribal casino space continues to be a place where our POS just clicks,” John White, executive vice president and chief technology officer of SSI, added. “Seven Clans Casinos will now receive the industry-leading support and features the PDQ brand is known for. We hope our partnership with this important community business will help them continue to thrive in an increasingly competitive space.”
