Mindway AI on Monday announced a strategic partnership with global entertainment technology company Super Technologies. The collaboration marks the integration of GameScanner, Mindway AI’s detection and monitoring technology, designed to enhance player protection and promote responsible gaming, across Super Technologies’ platforms.

The partnership covers markets where Super Technologies operates, including Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia. According to a news release, the partnership reflects a core belief that responsible gaming is not simply a compliance obligation, but the foundation of a sustainable entertainment business. Driven by a commitment to ensure a safe entertainment environment, Super Technologies is moving from reactive support to proactive prevention, combining human expertise with predictive AI to identify potential risks early and provide players with the right support.

“For us at Super, customer care is about being proactive and always looking for innovative solutions,” Super Technologies Vice President Compliance Chris Binham said in a statement. “Our customer-centric mindset is built into the product, the technology and the way we engage with our community of players. GameScanner is a pioneer in responsible gambling technology, combining neuroscience, artificial intelligence and human expert assessments to analyze player behavioral patterns and identify early risk indicators. By detecting potential gambling-related harm before it escalates, we are able to support and protect our players, ensuring that they enjoy a safe entertainment space.”

The news release said both organizations appreciate the unique legislative, cultural and demographic nuances of each region, a key consideration supported by Mindway AI’s existing global footprint across 73 jurisdictions, underscoring a shared commitment to building safer, tailored gambling environments worldwide.

“Following a planned market by market roll-out, we are beyond excited to officially announce our collaboration with Super Technologies, a giant of an operator and one that truly shares our vision for sustainable gaming,” said Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjærgaard. “Our GameScanner technology is built to make a tangible difference in preventing gambling harm, and we look forward to seeing its positive impact across these diverse markets.”
