Massachusetts commercial casino revenue rose 2.8% year-over-year in October, to $96.9 million from $94.2 million in October 2024.
The latest report from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission showed that Encore Boston Harbor generated the highest revenue in October, at $57.6 million, a down 0.4% from $57.9 million. Slot revenue increased 8.6%, from $33.9 million to $36.8 million. Table games revenue declined 13.2%, from $24 million to $20.8 million.
MGM Springfield Casino saw the most significant year-over-year revenue increase of 9%, rising from $22.1 million to $24.1 million. Table games and slots revenue both grew by 9%, with slots increasing from $18.1 million to $19.8 million and table games rising from $4 million to $4.3 million.
Plainridge Park Casino saw a 6.4% increase in revenue, generating $15.2 million, up from $14.3 million. Plainridge Park does not offer table games, so all revenue generated came from slots.
Statewide, slot revenue totaled $71.7 million, up 8.2% from $66.3 million. Table games saw a decline of 10%, from $27.9 million to $25.1 million.
