“Chad has already had a remarkable and distinguished career, from his start at Arthur Andersen, to his most recent financial leadership role at CircleBlack, Inc.,” said Marker Trax Chief Operating Officer Charlie Skinner in a statement. “His extensive experience in system conversions, cash management, and private equity relationships complements our vision of taking the next step in our evolution and growth.”

Cutcliff also has served in executive and financial leadership roles for companies including global financial solutions provider Pershing LLC, and financial technology platform Scivantage, Inc. His new duties will include developing financial strategies and influencing Marker Trax’s creative growth.

“I already see how well this team works together, and how united everyone is in growing Marker Trax to be the sector leader in digital payment solutions,” Cutcliff said. “I’m confident my knowledge, experience and drive will only add to an already successful environment.”

The addition of Cutcliff follows the hiring of Jason Yeghiayan in June as Marker the company’s new director of product development and integration.
