Gambling software company Light & Wonder has successfully launched its games in Argentina through an agreement with global betting operator Betsson Group  on the operator’s local platform, Betsson.bet.ar.

The debut follows an agreement signed between the companies to bring Light & Wonder content to new, regulated markets worldwide. Thanks to this partnership, players in the province of Buenos Aires have access to Light & Wonder’s first-party games, including titles like 88 Fortunes.

“Light & Wonder has proven to be a highly reliable supplier for many years during our igaming growth journey as it’s very pleasing to be able to take its content live in Argentina,” said Laura Peretta, head of supplier relations at Betsson Group. “This partnership ensures nothing less than a superb content delivery. We look forward to seeing how our players in Argentina feel the thrill and excitement this content and added-value tools brings them because of this landmark launch.”

Light & Wonder has provided its content to Betsson Group for many years.

“Betsson Group is a very significant partner, one that has consistently demonstrated its dedication to excellence during an alliance that has grown successfully over the long term,” said Tatiana García Barrenechea, commercial director of LatAm at Light & Wonder. “This debut launch in Argentina is a significant step in our expanded relationship and we are delighted to be able to grow together in this important country, serving players with relevant and highly engaging casino content.”

Light & Wonder this week also announced a deal with software developer Relax Gaming to launch its content in other key regulated markets worldwide. Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming™ ecosystem consists of more than 3,500 games from various global studios, in-house and third-party.
