Light & Wonder Friday announced a contract expansion with Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians for integration of a new loyalty and customer-engagement platform into its casino properties

The platform will interface and bridge data at Twenty-Nine Palms properties, including the California-based Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino, through the operator’s ACSC casino management system (also developed by Light & Wonder). Twenty-Nine Palms’ kiosks, point-of-sale systems, and Entertainment Showroom will also use the platform.

“We value the long-time relationship and trust that we have cultivated with the casino properties of The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians,” said Light & Wonder President of Global Systems & Services Jon Wolfe in a statement. “Our new platform offers a suite of capabilities and technologies that will enable Twenty-Nine Palms casinos to deliver a consistent and frictionless player experience.”

New features from Light & Wonder, now live at Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino, include the following.

  • CORE: Provides fundamental tools necessary to configure and manage loyalty programs.
  • Offers and Promotions: Allows retail offers to be set up within Light & Wonder’s system and electronically redeemed by integration into InfoGenesis. Showroom and other events can be set up through the inventory-booking and check-in module.
  • Publisher & Journey Builder: Powers the ability to distribute events to external systems or interfaces based on configurable transaction types and is used to communicate with customers via email or text messages.

“We’ve already experienced first-hand the value and power of Light & Wonder’s ACSC casino-management system, which has allowed us to enhance our operations, while delivering a higher level of service to our customers,” said Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians Vice President of Information Technology Steve Libauskas. “Expanding our contract with Light & Wonder integrates their new platform into our existing systems, including ACSC, to will further allow us to drive engagement, player satisfaction, and ultimately business.”
