Venetian Resort Las Vegas will introduce a new loyalty program Venetian Rewards to replace Grazie Rewards in March.
The new program features four tiers – Jade, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. Higher tiers offer additional perks, such as annual dining, spa, and airfare credits. Members will earn points and tier credits through various avenues, including non-gaming activities. For example, two points are awarded for every dollar spent on dining, entertainment, hotel rooms, retail and spas at Venetian and Palazzo. This distinguishes Venetian Rewards from other loyalty programs on the Strip, some of which restrict point and credit earnings to gaming activities.
When gambling, participants earn one point for every $4 wagered on slot machines and one point for every $10 bet on video poker. Table game players accumulate two points based on average bet and length of play. Every 100 points earned translates to $1 in dining, entertainment, hotel rooms, retail and spa credits or $1 in free play on slots or video poker.
This launch comes after The Venetian Resort Las Vegas completed a $1 billion redevelopment, including the opening of Sphere at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The resort also added a high-stakes gaming room in September 2023, with jackpots exceeding $2 million. Apollo Global Management acquired the operating rights from Las Vegas Sands in early 2021, including the exhibition hall, then known as the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
