Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Wednesday announced two internal promotions and one new executive hire.

The leadership updates include the promotion of Laura De La Cruz to Assistant General Manager, the promotion of Crystal Robinson-Wesley to Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment, and the hiring of Janice Fitzpatrick as Vice President of Finance.

These three leaders bring decades of expertise across hospitality, gaming, entertainment, marketing, and finance.

“These promotions and this key addition represent an exciting moment for Palms,” Palms Casino Resort General Manager Kevin Glass said in a statement. “Laura, Crystal, and Janice are exceptional leaders whose expertise, vision, and passion will help shape the future of this property. We are proud to recognize the accomplishments of these talented women and are confident in the direction they will help lead us.”

De La Cruz was previously Vice President of Marketing before being selected as Assistant General Manager. A Las Vegas-raised hospitality leader, she will oversee hotel operations, IT, sales & catering, facilities, retail, and food & beverage. De La Cruz brings deep operational knowledge and marketing expertise from her previous roles with Palms, Boyd Gaming, and Harrah’s Laughlin, where she had a track record of driving growth and elevating the guest experience.

Robinson-Wesley, formerly Vice President of Entertainment and Activations at Palms, has been promoted to oversee the resort’s full marketing, entertainment, and activations portfolio. She will oversee casino marketing, loyalty programs, digital marketing, brand strategy, public relations, events, and entertainment programming. Her experience includes leadership roles at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment, where she managed large-scale entertainment operations, special events, and cross-property activations.

Fitzpatrick joins Palms with more than three decades of financial leadership experience in the gaming and hospitality sector. She previously served as Warner Gaming Chief Financial Officer and has held senior finance roles at The Rio Las Vegas, The Venetian and Palazzo, The Mirage, and MGM Grand Macau, where she was part of the executive opening team. Her expertise includes financial planning, analytics, compliance, system implementation, and large-scale strategic initiatives.
