MGM Resorts International Thursday announced it will construct a grandstand on the Bellagio’s lake for next year’s Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023. Grandstands will be erected on the lake in the shadows of the Bellagio’s iconic fountains for the Nov. 18, 2023 race.
