Klai Juba Wald Architecture + Interiors, a Las Vegas design partner to the gaming industry since 1995, is celebrating 30 years of delivering hospitality and gaming developments for tribal nations, commercial operators, and resort brands in the United States.

The firm is led by Managing Principal John Wald, with Principals Brian Fink, Ann Fleming, and Michael Stewart, and Associate Principal James McCoy, who bring architectural, interior, and strategic expertise across every phase of project delivery.

“Designing for hospitality begins with designing for people,” Wald said in a statement. “Our goal is to create spaces that generate lasting economic value while honoring community, culture, and the guest experience.”

The firm is leading the design for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and Hard Rock Tejon in Kern County, California. Klai Juba Waldo also has worked with Seminole Gaming, Caesars Entertainment, Boyd Gaming, Station Casinos, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.

Under Fleming, Klai Juba Wald’s interiors studio has redefined guest experiences across hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations. Fleming leads a collaborative team focused on improving hotels, casinos, spas, and dining venues through design that strengthens brand identity and enhances every touchpoint of the guest journey, delivering spaces that are emotionally engaging and operationally effective.

At the core of its practice is a defining philosophy: “Dream Big. We Deliver.” This commitment has guided the firm through 30 years of industry shifts.

“Our longevity comes from a commitment to forward-thinking, purposeful design,” says Fink. “We’re proud to help our clients envision what’s next and deliver environments that define destinations.”
