Koin and Marker Trax Tuesday introduced Sean Salce as vice president of business development, Eastern region, and Mark J. Wiedemer as senior director of business development.
The new hires will work together to develop opportunities for the deployment of advanced cashless solutions in their respective regions, and develop and implement gaming verticals, and jurisdictional and partner-specific strategic plans. Salce and Wiedemer also will be responsible for market education and ongoing operator training and support.
“We are delighted to have Sean and Mark as key members of the growing Koin and Marker Trax sales team and are confident that their contributions will greatly assist our cashless transformation of the gaming industry,” said Koin President Gary Larkin in a statement. “Koin and Marker Trax together are leading an unprecedented digital evolution, and so we’re recruiting the brightest minds in the industry to help that growth continue.”
Salce has served in leadership positions for several gaming and technology companies, notably as a key client support manager for Konami Gaming and director of sales for Joingo and Sightline Payments.
Wiedemer has led sales teams at several sports wagering companies, including Suzohapp and theScore, in addition to his past business development and sales leadership roles at IGT Europe, Bally Technologies, and IGT North America.
“More than just leading our market expansion, Sean and Mark play important roles in helping the companies achieve their cashless mission while developing long-term, trusted partner relationships with all our customers,” said Koin and Marker Trax Senior Vice President of Sales Mark Morton.
