Koin announced on Tuesday that Beth Carpenter will lead enterprise growth and strategic partnerships for the Las Vegas company.

Carpenter, a banking, casino gaming, and fintech industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, will focus on accelerating revenue as the payment solution brand continues its growth while prioritizing integrity and first-class service for Koin’s clients and partners.

She joins Koin from JPMorgan Chase, where she served as Executive Director and Head of Global Sales for the casino gaming industry. In that role, Carpenter established a new commercial division focused on delivering payment and treasury solutions to the global gaming industry and broadened her perspective on the broader payments landscape beyond gaming.

“Beth is the kind of leader you bring in when you’re ready to scale with focus and speed,” Koin President Gary Larkin said in a statement. “As operators modernize how guests fund and spend across the property, Koin is positioned to deliver a better experience with smarter operations behind it. Beth’s deep expertise in gaming payments and enterprise partnerships will help us accelerate that momentum.”

Before JP Morgan Chase, Carpenter spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at Global Payments Gaming Services. Her extensive career tenure has given her a unique in-depth knowledge of industry needs and how operators can modernize payments without compromising the integrity and compliance required in regulated gaming.

“Stepping outside of the gaming industry gave me with a broader perspective on payments,” said Carpenter. “While other sectors have advanced more rapidly over the past four years, gaming has seen little change. Koin is closing that gap by delivering a more seamless guest experience and smarter operational solutions for operators. I believe Koin is the right solution at the right time, and I’m committed to leading with integrity, putting customers first, and providing exceptional services. The time for Koin is now.”

Carpenter will be based in the Koin headquarters office in Las Vegas.
