Kansas: Prairie Band Casino & Resort to host Class 2 conference

The Prairie Band Casino & Resort in Mayetta, Kansas, will host the second annual  Class 2 Gathering Conference June 2-4.

This year’s event will include general and break-out sessions for bingo and slot operators. C2G also will host casino and gaming professionals, vendors, and experts in the field of Class II casino gaming from the bingo hall experience to the slot floor. The conference will combine education paths and showcase innovations.

The 2025 conference has added the C2G Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. The tournament is scheduled for June 2 at Firekeeper Golf Course, across the street from Prairie Band Casino & Resort.

Designed by four-time PGA Tour winner Notah Begay III and Jeff Brauer, the Firekeeper Golf Course features bent grass greens and fairways with fescue and native prairie grass rough. The 18-hole was named the No. 1 public course in Kansas, the No. 9 best new course in America and No. 14 best resort course by Golfweek Magazine.
