Kambi Group announced on Wednesday a long-term arrangement with Station Casinos to provide the operator with its turnkey sportsbook and player account management platform solution.
The 10-year agreement will enable Kambi to enter the Nevada and Las Vegas markets for the first time, having secured its Nevada license in 2025. The partnership is expected to have a mid-single-digit-million euros financial effect for Kambi from 2027 onwards.
“Kambi is delighted to enter this exciting partnership with Station Casinos, an operator of great size and reputation in the Nevada market,” Kambi Group CEO Werner Becher said in a statement. “This landmark agreement will not only see Kambi enter Nevada, widely known for being the gold standard of gaming and sports betting regulation, but it also marks the first state-wide deployment of our fully integrated Turnkey Sportsbook and PAM solution.
“I look forward to working closely with Station Casinos over the next decade as we aim to take its online and retail sportsbooks to the next level.”
Founded in 1976, Station Casinos is one of the largest operators in Nevada. A news release stated said Station Casinos is a ”leader off-Strip, pioneering the Las Vegas’ locals casino market by developing neighborhood resort-casinos away from the Strip and Downtown.”
Alongside its parent company, Red Rock Resorts, Station Casinos owns and operates a portfolio of more than 20 properties across the Las Vegas Valley, including Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, Green Valley Ranch and Durango Casino & Resort, capturing a vast player database where more than 95% of the local population lives within five miles of a Station Casino property.
In addition to its off Las Vegas Strip locations, the operator’s on-Strip sports betting footprint includes a third-party management agreement via its STN Sports division to operate the retail sportsbook at Treasure Island and operating the retail and mobile sports betting operations of Fontainebleau Las Vegas on the north end of the Strip. Station Casinos also manages sportsbooks for third-party properties outside its core portfolio, including the El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas, as well as the CasaBlanca Resort and Virgin River Hotel & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada.
Under terms of the agreement, Kambi will deliver an integrated omni-channel solution across retail and online. Designed specifically for the Nevada market, the bespoke solution combines its turnkey sportsbook and pari-mutuel racebook with its in-house PAM platform to power an end-to-end betting experience.
By partnering with Kambi, Station Casinos will benefit from the global liquidity generated by “one of the world’s most powerful sports betting networks.” This accumulated intelligence informs Kambi’s AI-powered pricing and trading and its advanced risk management to enable an extensive offering and a Bet Builder product proven to drive player engagement and operator performance.
Kambi also will deliver a unified user experience across multiple channels, with a single wallet connecting in-person wagering and online betting. In addition to an on-property sportsbook rollout across Nevada, Station Casinos will utilize Kambi’s turnkey sportsbook for its STN Sports mobile app, enabling bettors within the state to place wagers pre-match and live offerings while earning rewards points toward their property-wide Boarding Pass loyalty accounts.
“We look forward to partnering with Kambi and leveraging their proven technology platform to enhance the sports betting experience for our guests,” said Station Casinos Vice President of Race and Sports Jason McCormick. “Together, we are committed to providing a reliable, engaging, and seamless experience that meets the evolving needs of our players.”
