The new casino in Rockford, Ill., operated by Hard Rock opened with technologies from JCM Global that boost security, increase efficiency, and enhance the guest experience. JCM equipment processed transactions from more than 40,000 guests in the casino’s first month.
JCM installed its iVIZION bill validator, GEN5 Thermal Printer, and ICB Intelligent Cash Box system at the the Rockford Hard Rock.
JCM has a long history with casinos under the Hard Rock brand and Dotty’s, which is owned by Daniel Fischer, the chief investor behind the Rockford Hard Rock.
“Repeat customers and long-term relationships are some of the most valuable compliments we could receive,” said JCM SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak.
