Indiana casinos recorded $195.2 million in revenue in February, up 2.8% year-over-year.
The figures, published by the Indiana Gaming Commission, show that slots accounted for $164.9 million, up 6.4%, while table games generated $30.3 million, down 13.3%.
Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana reported the highest revenue for the month with $35.5 million, up 3.3%, while Horseshoe Indianapolis was the second-highest revenue generator, with revenue slipping 0.7% to $26.8 million.
Harrah’s Hoosier Park was the only other casino to record revenue above $20 million last month, reporting $20.6 million, up 7.1%.
Rising Star Casino recorded the highest year-over-year revenue increase, rising 22% to $3.2 million. Other casinos to report double-digit revenue increases came from Caesars Southern Indiana, up 19.9% to $19.7 million, and Bally’s Evansville, up 12.7% to $14.3 million.
Horseshoe Hammond reported the biggest year-over-year revenue decline of the 13 casinos, with revenue dropping 10.8% to $18 million. Other declines came from Ameristar Casino, down 7.4% to $11.8 million, and Hollywood Lawrenceburg, down 1.8% to $11.8 million.
