Shawn Cassatt, director of product management for Incredible Technologies (IT), is happy to showcase games that the company can offer their customers on the spot. At the recent Indian Gaming Association Tradeshow in San Diego, Cassatt noted that IT tends to be prudent about what products are displayed at tradeshows.

“Everybody tends to show (products from) the more distant future,” Cassatt said during IGA. “We try not to do it so much, but you have to keep people excited about what’s coming up next. We really wanted to show what we promised our customers: We’re going to increase the number of themes and content for all of our new cabinets.”

Prominently displayed at the conference were the Prism Skybox and Prism Spark cabinets. They both boast the latest in cabinet technology, notably more advanced and brighter screens.

“There are some trends that happen in the industry, and you have to meet those so when a player walks in (to a casino), they identify it as a new and exciting thing that they want to try.”

At IGA this year, the official launch of Spark was underway. Having previewed the cabinet in late 2025, IT was eager to show off a proven catalog for the debut hardware at IGA.

“It’s uncommon for somebody to show a new cabinet for the first time at IGA,” he said, noting that there are larger shows. “But that’s actually the first place we showed Prism Element. … We definitely value this show, and we know that we reach a lot of our really important customers here.”

The Skybox features a 43” integrated monitor on top of a curved 43” monitor. The Spark is Incredible Technologies’s first curved portrait cabinet with a 43” UHD monitor, paired with a 27” topper for easy player game recognition.

With the cabinets, IT created some unique features that set them apart on gaming floors and act as a beacon to players. Notably, both Prism cabinets have a leaderboard displayed on its top screen. Akin to vintage arcade games, top scores on the machine are displayed for a period of time, then reset.

“We’ve always done it a bit differently,” Cassatt said. “As an example, we were the first company to create a large top-box category. Our customers love the combination of us trying different things.

“We’ve utilized hardware a few different ways to really add value to our product and to present a more unique feature on the casino floor for the players that drive revenue for the operators,” Cassatt adds.

As the company enters Q2, they are dedicated to placing Spark and Skybox cabinets across the U.S. with compelling games that third-party analytics have already identified as top-performers.
