ICE London: Raving CEO Deana Scott receives Indian Gaming Association leadership award

Raving CEO & owner Deana Scott was among three gaming executives to receive the 2024 Chairman’s Leadership Award at the ICE London 2024 gaming show.

Danielle Her Many Horses, who is deputy executive director and general counsel for the Indian Gaming Association, and Denise Harvey, a member of the tribal council for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, also received the award, which acknowledges efforts made by industry leaders that assist in rebuilding communities through Indian self-reliance.

“Sincere thanks to Chairman (Ernie) Stevens (Jr.) and the Indian Gaming Association,” said Scott, who was invited to the international gaming show to moderate the session “Navigating International Markets: Challenges and Triumphs.” She also is covering the event for Tribal Gaming and Hospitality Magazine. “I’m honored to receive the 2024 Chairman’s Leadership Award. Working in an industry that continues to lead in growing future leaders is a privilege. I’m grateful to have the platform to tell the stories of the excellent work in Indian gaming.”

Scott leads Raving and Tribal Gaming and Hospitality Magazine. Since 1998, Raving has provided gaming and hospitality services and custom training, conducted annual industry conferences and produced publications. She  has been an advocate for tribal enterprises for nearly three decades. Before owning Raving, she held positions as a general manager and corporate marketing executive and has experience in the start-up and expansion of numerous business ventures.
