ICE Barcelona organizer Clarion Gaming Wednesday confirmed the addition of new Entain CEO Gavin Isaacs to its lineup of keynote speakers at the ICE World Gaming Forum January 20 as part of ICE Barcelona’s programming.
“We are delighted to confirm that Gavin Isaacs, who in 2022 was inducted into the American Gaming Association’s Hall of Fame, will be part of what promises to be one of the most influential gatherings of industry personalities ever assembled,” Clarion Gaming’s Senior Conference Producer Damien Ashton-Wellman said in a statement.
Isaacs is scheduled to speak at the Casino & Leaders Conference January 20 and join a CEO panel at the World Regulatory Briefing January 21.
The Entain CEO joins a lineup of thought leaders including includes Vicente Fox, the former president of Mexico.
During more than 25 years in the gaming industry, Isaacs has worked with Games Global Limited, Jackpocket, SB Tech, Scientific Games, SHFL (Shuffle) Entertainment, Bally Technologies and Aristocrat. He also has provided advisory services and counsel to new businesses in the gaming and entertainment industry, and as a non-executive director at DraftKings and at Galaxy Gaming.
Aristocrat Gaming Chief Innovation Officer Joe Kaminkow also is scheduled to appear at the Casino & Leaders Conference.
“Gavin will deliver a keynote speech, delving into his formula for transforming a business to deliver for all stakeholders, building a team, empowering innovation and delivering operational excellence,” Ashton-Wellman said. “In a sector as globalized, competitive and fast-moving as the betting and gaming industry, Gavin’s insight will be invaluable.”
For the World Regulatory Briefing, Issacs will be joined by Evoke CEO Per Widerström, Snaitech Group CEO Fabio Schiavolin and Anna Sainsbury, Co-Founder & CEO of GeoComply, for the panel discussion Growth, Risk & Regulation in the Online Gaming Industry.
“The panel will bring together top executives from leading online gaming operators to discuss the critical challenges and innovative strategies in managing the delicate balance between providing a seamless, engaging player experience and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations,” Ashton-Wellman said.
