Longtime Station Casinos/Red Rock Resorts executive Joe Hasson resigned from his role from the casino company Tuesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Hasson, who held several roles with Station Casinos going back to 2003, will be replaced as chief operating officer by Robert Finch, another longtime company employee.

Red Rock Resorts, the corporate parent of Station Casinos, announced the management change in the filing but did not provide details or a reason for the switch. Hasson will continue to provide consulting services to the company over the next 12 months.

Finch originally joined the Station Casinos in 1983. He spent eight years with a competing gaming company but returned to Station Casinos in 1996 and served in a variety of senior operating and leadership roles. He was most recently general manager of Green Valley Ranch Resort in southern Nevada and senior vice president of Native American Operations.

Hasson was the general manager of several Station Casinos’ resorts in the Las Vegas area for eight years before joining Penn National Gaming for a year. He returned to Station Casinos in 2012 to open and manage the Graton Resort in Northern California. Hasson returned to the company’s corporate offices in Las Vegas in 2017.
