Hard Rock Atlantic City announces Auggie Cipollini as Senior Vice President of Administration

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has appointed Auggie Cipollini as Senior Vice President of Administration. In his new role, Cipollini will oversee finance, IT purchasing, and retail.

“I have had the pleasure to work with Auggie for almost two decades,” said Joe Lupo, president of Hard Rock Atlantic City . “His extensive experience in the gaming industry will have a strong impact on our team members and continue to push Hard Rock’s success in Atlantic City.”

Cipollini was previously the President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, LLC, where he was responsible for IT, human resources, security and surveillance, customer care, revenue management, brand standards, workforce analytics, gaming, food & beverage, global social responsibility, and DAER nightlife. Prior to that position, Cipollini was the president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.

Cipollini began his career with Harrah’s Atlantic City in 1984, where he held various financial accounting, reporting, and management positions. In 1993, he moved to the mid-South and opened two casinos in Tunica, Miss., in the capacity of director of finance before coming back to Harrah’s Atlantic City in 1998 as their casino controller. Cipollini also served as the senior vice president of operations for Borgata.

Cipollini, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University and is currently a board member for Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, N.J., serving on the Leadership and Development Committee, Audit and Compliance Committee and Finance Committee.
