The Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, Calif., is adopting a full suite of OPTX technology products for casino operators.
Graton is deploying OPTX’s player development, player development AI, player connect, marketing, marketing AI, slots, and slots AI, all of which will be installed this summer.
The OPTX solution is designed from the ground up to simplify complex processes and improve operational efficiency.
“The team at Graton sought out OPTX to provide a tool that will be utilized across departments to create a single source of data and operational functionality for multiple disparate systems within the property,” said OPTX co-CEO, Brooke Fiumara. ”Graton will be replacing its current technology with the modern and agile OPTIX system.”
Fiumara said upgrading to OPTX provides the Graton team with an intuitive and easy-to-use application for data-driven decision making that directly impacts the guest experience.
“From artificial intelligence-driven marketing campaigns to strategic machine placement on the floor, OPTX will help them optimize the most important areas of their business,” Fiumara said.
Brian Green, vice president and assistant general manager for Graton, said, “It’s every casino operator’s dream to create the best possible customer experience, while optimizing the bottom line. The team at Graton looks forward to utilizing OPTX’s elite software.”
Available via desktop and mobile applications, the data intelligence used by OPTX provides real-time individualized insights to ensure that no actionable player is missed and empowers teams to spend less time compiling the data and more time implementing strategies that increase visitation, revenue, and profitability, Fiumara said.
