During its first-quarter-earnings call on May 8, Full House Resorts teased the appointment of a new chief marketing officer. His identity was revealed late on May 13.
Joshua Le Duff has been named CMO of Full House, subject to regulatory approval. He will also be a senior vice president of the Las Vegas-based company.
A veteran of regional casinos, Le Duff comes to Full House from Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort in California. According to Full House CFO Lewis Fanger, “At Pala, [Le Duff] led a reimagining of the property’s reinvestment strategy, driving revenue growth and improved marketing returns.” Le Duff was also responsible for Pala’s marketing technology, including its non-gaming mobile application.
Prior to Pala, Le Duff served as vice president of marketing for Isle of Capri Casinos, where he supported brand and database growth prior to the company’s acquisition by Eldorado Resorts.
A political-science major at UCLA, Le Duff also holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. As part of his Full House compensation package, Le Duff has received an equity award of 29,940 restricted shares. The shares will vest in three tranches between May 12, 2026, and May 12, 2028.
