The strategic partnership between CasinoTrac and InfiGifts enhances operators’ ability to reward players’ loyalty while keeping the casino name front and center, CasinoTrac president and CEO Chad Hoehne says.

“The experience for the patron is all about the casino and the casino’s brand,” he said. “The patron is not seeing InfiGifts or CasinoTrac as the supplier, but that the casino is giving a gift.”

The two companies announced their strategic partnership in late March, and Hoehne said CasinoTrac has added the InfiGifts feature to its kiosks.

Hoehne founded Table Trac Inc. in 1995, developing a table games management system that became available the following year. He expanded the operation by developing an open-architecture casino management system, CasinoTrac, now used by more than 115 operators, 300 casinos in 13 countries, and 41 Native American tribes.

Technology entrepreneur Azam Husain launched InfiGifts in 2022 as an offshoot of Casino Science, a data analysis company Husain founded in 2016. InfiGifts enables casino patrons to choose casino loyalty gifts in a way that resembles online shopping, with items delivered directly to their home. The service increases the variety of gifts that operators can offer while cutting expenses for purchasing and storing items and reducing the need for extra staffing on giveaway days. In addition, players can choose from an assortment of gifts at each tier level, and they don’t have to wait in line to get an item or lug their item around the casino.

“Az has this gifting program for casinos down to a science,” Hoehne said, adding that CasinoTrac’s alliance with InfiGifts generated “an instant positive response” from operators. “I can’t think of a single one of our clients, at least here in the United States, that isn’t going to take a serious look at joining the InfiGifts bandwagon.”

In addition to integrating InfiGifts on CasinoTrac kiosks, known as KioskTrac, the service also will be accessible through the company’s native mobile app, KTMobile, which combines loyalty programs, digital wallets, and geo-based gaming operations in one application.

“Whether it’s at home or sitting in the restaurant at the casino, patrons can do their InfiGifts shopping using the mobile app,” Hoehne said. “That’s new for Az, as well.”

Whether a player uses the InfiGifts platform via a CasinoTrac kiosk or KTMobile, the integration gives operators a range of promotional strategies, including monthly gifting, points shopping, and VIP gifting.

Hoehne said CasinoTrac and InfiGifts share a philosophy of developing processes that benefit the clients both companies serve. “We enthusiastically embrace putting in new features or supporting functions that are advanced beyond the basics,” he said. “We want to give our customers a little something extra.”

CasinoTrac’s CMS enables integration with a wide variety of third-party providers for systems handling tasks such point-of-sale transactions, hospitality or hotel management, and ticket redemption. Including InfiGifts, the current lineup features about 50 companies with more than 60 integrated products and solutions. Hoehne added that CasinoTrac does not charge development fees for an interface that’s already available in the system. “All of these are ways that we’re giving extra value by building partnerships with providers offering features that operators like to provide for their guests,” he said.

He expects the strategic partnership with InfiGifts to evolve, bringing more convenience and options in casino gifting programs.

“We’re looking forward to continuing our creative collaboration to bring the next thing to our mutual clients for their gifting programs,” Hoehne said. “We won’t be sitting on our hands.”
