The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa has appointed Lu Tsai at its Vice President of Asian Player Development.
Tsai will report to Senior Vice President of Marketing Mikhail Gaushkin.
According to a release, Tsai will be charged with “leading strategic initiatives aimed at cultivating and expanding player growth for the resort within the Asian communities.”
Tsai has more than 25 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, serving in various executive roles at Harrah’s and Caesars Las Vegas for more than 10 years.
He also spent 15 years in leadership positions in Macau, Vietnam, and South Korea, working with establishments including City of Dreams, Galaxy, Grand Ho Tram, Inspire and SJM in roles including Director to Chief Marketing Officer. He led single property gross gaming revenue at City of Dreams and Galaxy Macau.
Tsai also played a role in the pre-opening teams for Harrah’s in 2004, Grand Lisboa Place in 2019 and Mohegan Inspire in 2023.
