Las Vegas-based Everi Holdings said Tuesday it was providing online gaming content for the Parx Casino in Philadelphia for the property’s Parx Online gaming site.
Everi, a gaming equipment developer, provided online versions of five of slot machine titles – Double Jackpot, Meltdown, Smokin’ 777, Tiger 7s, and Vortex – to Parx for its real-money Internet gaming site.
Pennsylvania launched online gaming last year.
In a statement, Everi said it plans to provide additional titles following the launch.
Everi Executive Vice President of Digital and Interactive David Lucchese said Parx will have access to the company’s remote gaming server, which currently supports a library of more than 30 titles. Everi plans to expand the server, which distributes content directly to operators, on an annual basis.
“The addition of one of the premier online and land-based casinos in Pennsylvania to our (remote gaming server) speaks to the power of our state-of-the art platform and our deep library of high performing slot games,” Lucchese said.
Parx Senior Vice President Matthew Cullen said the partnership with Everi “allows us to further enhance the entertainment experience for our online players, which we believe will expand our customer base.”
