Q Casino Tuesday announced a preferred partnership with Las Vegas’ Palms Casino Resort. Per the agreement, members of the Dubuque, Iowa casino’s preferred loyalty and player development programs have access to expanded benefits at the Palms.
Members also can take advantage of newly scheduled nonstop, discounted flights between Dubuque and Las Vegas on Avelo Airlines.
“We are thrilled to align with Palms Casino Resort, where our players can experience the ultimate Las Vegas experience, as well as these new flights, which we hope are the start of restored air service to and from Dubuque,” said Q Casino Chief Commercial Officer Stacy Kansky in a statement. “Current Q Casino loyalty club members will be able to enjoy great promotions and opportunities right away. It also gives new players and those in our player development program more benefits to look forward to as well.”
Benefits for Q Casino loyalty club members include:
- Access to VIP group trips, which can include a cocktail reception and/or dinner on one or more nights
- Certificate events for top players for complimentary Palms-Las Vegas getaways
- An annual trip benefit program in which players can earn one trip per year to Palms-Las Vegas based on tier status
- Cross-property offers and promotions
- Special Palms experience promotions and VIP services
“The expansion of our partnership with Q Casino offers a way for us to help them develop a more robust loyalty program for their customers, but also attract new players to our property,” said Palms Casino Resort Vice President of Marketing Jennifer Johnson. “We hope this partnership will provide great hospitality opportunities for people visiting from Dubuque, and maybe even for people from Las Vegas wanting to explore a historic Iowa city on the Mississippi River for something different.”
Avelo Airlines flights from Dubuque Regional Airport to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The casino properties and Avelo Airlines are offering a Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas Trip Giveaway for eligible Q Casino Loyalty Program members. Palms Casino Resort VIP Trip Certificate opportunities will be available to eligible Q Casino players in October.
