Australian game supplier Ainsworth Game Technology has announced that Chief Technology Officer David Bollesen has left the company in a mutual decision between Bollesen and the company.
Bollesen has been with AGT since October 2021. Prior, he worked as IGT’s vice president of game studios for 11 years and was the co-founder and general manager of the video game company THQ, which went into liquidation in 2013.
“David has overseen the execution of transitional product strategies which have laid the foundations to position the company for continued improvements in product performance and the achievement of growth across all regions. I thank David for his dedication and contribution during his service with the company and we wish him well for the future,” AGT CEO Harald Neumann said.
The company is searching for a replacement, who will be based at its Las Vegas headquarters. Until a CTO is appointed, the role will be internally overseen by the regional presidents.
“I am confident that the current management within product development areas will ensure no disruption in the execution of the planned product roadmap,” Neumann said.
This month, AGT appointed Nancy Ramirez Ayala as senior vice president, general counsel and group compliance officer.
