Database Dynamics introduces new interactive software to kiosks at land-based casinos

Database Dynamics, an interactive software developer for the gambling industry, has announced the launch of new interactive software for its free-to-play pick ‘em product at land-based casinos. These games can be played through Database Dynamic’s new 43-inch touchscreen kiosk design.

The company claims its “Pick the Props” promotion, or game, is an educational tool for casino players. The promotion allows players to make free prop picks for sports with a chance to win cash prizes if they get a certain number of answers correct.

This approach is designed to educate players about the nuances of making bets across various sports in a free-to-play environment.

The company argues the new software will “[foster] increased participation and customer satisfaction through its interactive experience.” The software also integrates with existing casino systems, allowing operators to introduce a range of free-to-play competitions without installing hardware.

Founded in 2011, Database Dynamics has a record of delivering increased customer engagement through its promotions and software. According to the company’s website, successes include Tachi Palace in California, which reported over 16,000 games played during a promotion, with more than 20% of players returning for multiple rounds.

Elsewhere, Coushatta Casino in Louisiana saw a 126% increase in participation compared to the previous year after utilizing the company’s pick ‘em games. Meanwhile, FireKeepers Casino in Michigan experienced a 10% increase in overall casino spend during a Database Dynamics promotion.

Database Dynamics said the new product will change how casinos engage with their players, aiming to enhance and sustain player interaction. It recently claimed an 86% increase in player engagement in its casino sports promotions at facilities with its kiosks nationwide.

Kyle Gawthorp, Executive Director of Marketing at Quechan Casino, commented on the software after his facility installed the new kiosks, saying, “We are thrilled to witness such a significant boost in player engagement since the introduction of the new kiosks and software. Database Dynamics has diligently crafted an experience that captivates players, encouraging them to return for more.”
