ComeOn Group has added a sportsbook to its Ontario offering, the latest to join the party in a market that generated more than CA$2.2 billion in total sports betting and esports wagers in the second quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year. The CA$2.2 billion represented 12 percent of total wagers in the province, and 23 percent of gaming revenue (CA$167 million).

“As a casino-led operator, this represents a key part of our sportsbook strategy to double our business in the coming years,” said Juergen Reutter, Chief Executive Officer at Malta-based ComeOn Group. “Like in any of our other markets, we are striving for a differentiated sportsbook entertainment experience that is powered by our in-house technology. Our goal is to deliver top-tier entertainment to our players while fostering safe and innovative gaming experiences.”

According to a statement, ComeOn Group projects to double its sportsbook business in the next few years. The Ontario market is forecasted to grow by a total of 29 percent by 2029.

ComeOn! also offers casino and live casino on its platform. The company secured its igaming licence for Ontario in April 2022. In June the company announced they had partnered with actor Jeremy Piven in a marketing campaign. Piven is best known for his role as Hollywood super-agent Ari Gold in HBO’s “Entourage.”
