Churchill Downs Incorporated announced yesterday that it didn’t renew a management agreement with Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin in Farmington, Pennsylvania. Churchill Downs also completed the sale of substantially all assets of the property to Woodlands Fayette, which manages the casino and resort.

The casino and resort is located approximately 70 miles south of Pittsburgh.

The announcement by Churchill Downs coincides with the renewal of Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin’s gaming license June 28 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

All employees of Lady Luck Nemacolin were offered positions by Woodlands Fayette.
