CasinoTrac is focusing on advancements in its core casino-management system and will be introducing new technology by the end of the year.

Fresh from the Indian Gaming Association Tradeshow and Convention in San Diego, President and CEO Chad Hoehne said they’re doing that by focusing on ancillary products – additional loyalty and data- analytics products and now its strategic partnership with InfiGifts.

“The talk of the show for us was getting together with InfiGifts for a gifting solution for all of our clients,” Hoehne said. “It integrates right into our KioskTrac and KTMobile native-app solutions.”

InfiGifts, the leading provider of gifting technology to the gaming industry, delivers integrated gifting solutions to more than 300 CasinoTrac customers around the world. The installations were available starting in April. The integration facilitates a range of promotional strategies, including monthly gifting, points shopping, and VIP gifting. By removing common operational inefficiencies, InfiGifts enables casinos to streamline their gifting processes, resulting in significant cost savings. Players benefit from a smoother experience by choosing personalized gift rewards linked to their player value, free from the hassle of long lines or out-of-stock issues, Hoehne said.

“We’re excited to partner with them and be able to offer some features that are new for them and for us,” Hoehne said. “We got the core integration completed and are offering that to our customers now; it operates within their existing on-property player loyalty kiosk. They can just set up a promotion in our system using the existing tools and automatically link to InfiGifts, where they’re presented with a selection of different gifts they can get and verify their home address. It gets shipped right to their house.”

Hoehne said they talked with InfiGits CEO Azam Husain last fall after G2E and made the determination to partner up. Gifting is popular with players clubs, but a hassle to keep inventory and customers lining up at the casino to receive them.

“This eliminates all of that friction for the operators, who can offer their customers different levels of gifts as part of their promotions, in addition to the ones they’re currently doing. It also lets customers choose the gifts themselves and of course handles all of the fulfillment,” Hoehne said.
CasinoTrac signed up its first customers for the new offering at the tradeshow.

“We’ve had a great response to our news about connecting with InfiGifts, as well as showing it,” Hoehne said. “Both commercial and tribal operators are taking it. It’s the new kid on the block.”

“It’s really grown our sales volume since the show,” said Jeff Baldi, senior vice president of commercial strategy.
Baldi said they’re finding their rhythm with their sales and customer-success teams on its products.

For the last year, it’s been promoting its SlotSUITE solution, the company’s elevated operator and customer experience first showcased at G2E. SlotSUITE differs from other marketing-coupon platforms by operating on existing CasinoTrac CMS networks with no additional infrastructure or in-game hardware required.

SlotSUITE provides real-time, dynamic player engagement at the game, manages and delivers casino management-system-driven drawing tickets, vouchers, offers and coupons at the game. SelfPAY enhances the jackpot process by producing CMS-populated W2G and 1042 forms, for enrolled players. It creates the ability to communicate with uncarded and unknown players using session-based metrics.

SlotSUITE creates major efficiencies for the casino operator with more time on device and less or no staff required for hand pays and taxable events. It creates self-service opportunities for players to take control of their experience.

In addition to incorporating virtual log-on at the table and ticket out, CasinoTrac is currently working on a project through the end of 2026, which it’s calling a “gaming-changing artificial intelligence project” that’s going to begin in the pit. TableTrac AI will introduce anonymous cashless at the game and will be showcased at G2E in October.

“It’s a cashless-gaming integration to introduce open banking to our customers,” Baldi said. “By opening banking, I mean cashless transfers without a wallet that you have to sign up for.”

Hoehne said CasinoTrac has been adding features that operators want and need to address regulatory matters and anti-money laundering features by tracking customers in an anonymous way. If a player reaches $3,000 in play on a table, CasinoTrac sends alerts to those who need to know.

“We have some unique solutions that are industry-leading,” Hoehne said. “It allows the pit personnel to aggregate and track play from uncarded players around the pit. The customer wouldn’t even know it.”
