The newest promotional slot machine video at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, is for all the cool cats who like gambling. And, for anyone who likes cats.
The video features three kittens doing their best imitation of pro wrestlers vying for adoption at Animal Friends of the Valleys Animal Shelter in nearby Wildomar, California.
The video also promotes Pechanga’s new slots, Luca Kitty and Sumo Kitty, penny slot machines made by Light & Wonder.
“Pechanga has always come up with creative ways to promote the slot machine on the casino floor, but this initiative brings together the element of going outside of one’s self and helping the greater good,” said Pechanga Resort Casino Vice President of Slot Operations Alex Rodriguez in a statement. “We hope the campaign helps that many more pets find fur-ever homes.”
Animal Friends of the Valleys is a non-profit animal shelter serving the cities of Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding counties.
“Pechanga Resort Casino has been a strong partner to our organization,” said Animal Friends of the Valleys Director of Development Beth Soltysiak in a statement. “We are thrilled to once again partner with Pechanga on this adorable video we hope will send a few more people our way to adopt some of the animals in need at our shelter,”
Throughout the year, Animal Friends of the Valleys also offers reduced cost spaying and neutering for kittens, cats and other pets.
