The Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California, on Tuesday announced that Joseph Busby has been named Chief Financial Officer.
The casino resort is owned and operated by the Morongo Band of Mission Indians.
“Morongo is thrilled to welcome Joseph, whose deep industry expertise, forward-thinking approach, and proven leadership will further strengthen the executive team guiding our gaming operations,” Morongo Tribal Chairman Charles Martin said in a statement. “His strategic insights and commitment to excellence make him a tremendous asset to our organization.”
Busby will oversee the casino’s financial strategy and operations, guiding budgeting and long-term planning to support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and continued reinvestment in the property and guest experience.
Busby has helped steer finances for tribal and casino enterprises and private corporations for more than 22 years, providing strategic insights and guidance on complex financial, auditing, and compliance matters.
