California: Black Oak Casino tabs Quick Custom Intelligence for gaming platform

Black Oak Casino Resort in Tuolumne, California, this week announced it will use Quick Custom Intelligence’s unified gaming platform to align marketing, player development, and casino operations.

“The QCI platform delivers several technology solutions that will be leveraged by the resort to drive additional revenue for the future,” said Black Oak Casino Resort Director of Marketing Danielle Chapel in a statement.

Black Oak Casino Resort is owned and operated by The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians. The casino features 1,100 slot machines and 22 table games.

Based in San Diego, QCI has installed its software at more than 95 resorts in North America and more than 4,000 sites worldwide.

“Black Oak Casino Resort’s decision to select our QCI Platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customers’ needs,” said QCI CEO Dr. Ralph Thomas. “We’re confident that the QCI platform will continue to meet the growing technology needs of Black Oak Casino Resort.”
